On February 15, 2024, a guest lecture on the topic “Interaction between personal and career growth” was held, organized by the Department of Management of the AIU. The guest lecturer was Kamilla Gareeva, the founder of one of the leading HR companies in Kyrgyzstan.

The essence of her speech was to discuss the importance of a harmonious combination of personal and career development. In today's world, where technology and market requirements are constantly changing, it becomes extremely important not only to strive for professional heights, but also to develop yourself as a person, taking into account your own values, skills and dreams. The lecturer shared her valuable knowledge and experience in the field of human resource management, discussed key aspects that should be taken into account when building a successful career, while not forgetting about personal growth.
